The Suzuki Celerio is a smart choice of city car. With five doors as standard and a surprisingly spacious interior with class-leading boot space, the Celerio is nippy in traffic and easy to park, thanks to its small turning circle. All models come with a variety of safety features including ABS and six airbags, and the visibility is made excellent by large windows all round and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. The Celerio offers excellent fuel efficiency of up to 78.4 mpg (combined), and its CO2 emissions of just 84 g/km make it exempt from road tax. A practical, economical choice.
This quirky five door hatchback has a stylish, distinctive appearance with a curved front end and angular back. 14-inch alloys come as standard. The large windows make for a light, airy cabin, which has plenty of room for five adults.
The Celerio offers a smooth, quiet ride, and excellent visibility, which, combined with its responsive steering, make it an ideal car for city driving. All models come with a 1.0-litre petrol engine, and a choice of manual or automatic transmission.
The spacious cabin features a large glove box and bins in the front door panels. The boot space is the class leader at 254 litres. Airbags and ABS are standard, as are two ISOFIX child seat fittings in the back.
Living with it
